Forgotten Dogs of the 5th Ward Project is a Federally Recognized 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization (A division of Clipped Ear Cat Sanctuary). Documentation can be provided upon request. All donations to Forgotten Dogs of the 5th Ward Project are tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. We are funded 100% by our volunteers and the generosity of others.
Here is where your money goes:
- $25 Provides a basic exam and vaccinations
- $50 Provides basic vet exam, vaccinations, a fecal exam, and heartworm testing
- $75 Provides basic vet exam, vaccinations, a fecal exam, heartworm testing, heartworm & flea preventative
- $100 Provides a basic vet exam, vaccinations, a fecal exam, heartworm testing, and a spay/neuter
